Sangria

1 lemon
1 lime
1 orange
1 1/2 cups brandy
1/2 cup white sugar
1 bottle dry red wine
1 cup orange juice
1 bottle club soda
Other fruit (strawberries, peaches, apples)


DIRECTIONS

Slice the lemon, lime and orange into thin rounds and place in a large glass pitcher. Pour in the brandy, sugar and wine. Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours to develop the flavors. STIR several times during that 24 hours.

When ready to serve, crush the fruit lightly with a wooden spoon and add delicate fruits like strawberries (do not crush them). Add club soda to each glass.
