Two ways to toast pecans

1. Toast chopped pecans in 12-inch nonstick skillet over med-high heat, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 3 mins (mentioned in the recipe for Green Beans with Pecans)

2. Toast unchopped pecans by placing them in 350 oven for 8 minutes--much less time if pecans are in small pieces (mentioned in ATK Toasted Pecan Pancakes)
