Winnie's Brussel Sprouts

Use small brussel sprouts when possible. They should be of a consistent size.

If they are large, cut them in half.

Pan-roast them (medium or medium-high heat?) with butter and minced garlic till they are just cooked throughout; not too soft.

After putting them on a plate, sprinkle with parmesan.
