Italian Salad Dressing
Thanks to Jeanne for the advice to add apple cider vinegar, to add Italian spices, and to up the amount of garlic.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 to 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or Romano)
1 to 1-1/2 Tbl Liz's blend of Italian spices
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
extra pinch or two of red pepper flakes
Adjust lightness of dressing by adding white vinegar and/or canola oil, as needed.
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients in large measuring cup and pour into a glass jar with lid. Refrigerate several hours and shake well before using. Store in refrigerator.
