Grilled corn on the cob


Prep the corn:


1. Trim excess silk; remove 1-2 of the outermost layers of the husk.

2. Soak 30-45 min, completely immersed in water.


Pre-heat the grill.

3. As the grill is pre-heating, remove the corn from the water and gently but firmly squeeze the water out of the corn.

4. Turn grill to between medium and high (slightly toward medium) and place corn on grill.

5. Every 5 min for the next 30 min, turn the corn a bit and move it to a different part of the grill. The husks will get very black.

6. After 30 min, remove corn.
