New Christmas Cookies

I so want to try these.

This New York Times piece has 52 cookies including some of my faves.

I wonder if these whipped shortbread cookies would take to food coloring or flavoring (like chocolate).

These hot chocolate cup cookies look better than those peanut butter kiss things. I'd use homemade sugar cookie dough, though.


And creme brulee cookies? Yes please. Again, homemade cookie dough and homemade custard would make these so much better.
