Sesame Noodle Salad


Salad
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
1 oz sesame seeds
6 oz slivered almonds
2 (3 ounce) bags ramen, crushed, without seasoning
4 stalks of scallions, sliced
6 Tbsp Butter

Dressing
3/4 C vegetable oil
3/8 C vinegar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2/3 C sugar

Instructions:

Melt butter in a large skillet
Add crushed noodles, slivered almonds & sesame seeds, browning until golden.
Set aside and cool in fridge.
Mix slaw and green onions and set aside.
Mix dressing ingredients well.

10 minutes before serving combine all three bowls together and stir well. If mixed too early, salad becomes soggy.
