Slow cooker shredded chicken sliders

INGREDIENTS

1 onion (1/2 onion or a small onion)
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 small breasts)
1-1/2 tsp seasoned salt (3/4 tsp)
1/2 tsp pepper (1/4 tsp)
1 Tbl dried oregano (1-1/2 tsp)
1 Tbl Dijon mustard (1-1/2 tsp)
⅓ cup honey (1/6 cup)
6 cloves garlic (3 cloves)
12 slider buns (6 buns)


PREPARATION

1. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

2. Put onion, chicken, spices, honey, mustard, and garlic into the crockpot.

3. Stir until chicken and onions are coated with seasonings.

4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked and shreddable. (Avoid opening the crockpot.)

4. With a set of tongs or two forks, shred the chicken and stir into the juices.

5. Distribute evenly between slider buns.
