Easy Peal Boiled Eggs

Put 1" of water in the dutch oven. Bring to a boil.

Place eggs in a steaming basket, turn the heat down to medium low, cover. Steam for 13 minutes.

Place eggs in an enclosed food container with a lid, filled with ice water to cover. Put on lid. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Remove half of the water, replace cover.

Shake 40 times.

Peel eggs!
