Cream of Anything Soup Base

Ingredients

1 C dry milk powder

3/4 C cornstarch

2 T minced dried onions

1 T onion powder

1 t dried basil

1 t black pepper

1 t dried thyme

1 t dried parsley

Instructions

Mix together.

To use, add 1/3 C of the mixture to 1 1/4 C of hot liquid (meat or vegetable broth). Then add 1/2 C of any kind of additive like mushrooms, potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, etc. Whatever you like in a cream-of soup.
