Flavor becomes more complex after icing sets.
Question: Would using milk instead of water make a difference?
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbl dried eggwhite powder
1-1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbl water, room temperature
dash of vanilla
food coloring (optional)
PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, combine the powdered sugar and dried eggwhites.
2. Add water and vanilla.
3. Stir with hand mixer on medium for about 30 sec, until firm peaks form.
4. Mix in food coloring by hand if a certain color is desired.
5. Store in airtight container. Use quickly because icing sets hard in a few minutes.
