Quick-bake Baked Potato
Time required is 25 minutes.
1. Use a sharp knife and pierce the potato 4 to 5 times.
2. Place in the microwave for four minutes on high (power 10). The potato will sizzle and be fairly hot.
3. Wrap the potato in aluminum foil and put into toaster oven at 425, with rack in middle position. Bake for 15 minutes. Make sure to turn the potato after 7 or 8 minutes.
