Skirt steak marinade

INGREDIENTS
2-3 lbs Skirt Steak
1 Small White Onion - Sliced thin
5 Garlic Cloves-halved and mashed
1 Orange - thinly sliced (with peeling)
1-1/2 Teaspoons Cumin
1/2 bottle light-colored beer (lager style)
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large baking dish place a layer onion, orange, garlic, then place a layer of meat on top of it.
2. Sprinkle about 1/2 of the cumin, and salt and pepper.
3. Pour half of beer and soy sauce over it.
4. Then repeat the layers until meat is gone.
5. Cover and let marinade at room temp for 30-60 minutes.
6. Grill about 6-7 minutes per side. It can also be fried lightly in a pan.
