Mac-n-cheese mix from ATK Kids

INGREDIENTS
2-1/2 cups cheddar cheese powder
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp dry mustard
(optional) salt-pepper-garlic seasoning
(when ready to cook: butter)
PREPARATION for a single serving

PREPARATION for a single serving
Whisk together the cheddar cheese powder, nonfat dry milk, and the dry mustard.
Bring 2 quarts water to boil and add 1/2 cup elbow macaroni and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt; cook until al dente.
Drain macaroni and return to saucepan.
Add 1 Tbl unsalted butter, 1/4 cup macaroni and cheese mix, and 2 Tbl water.
Stir until well combined, and serve warm.
For two servings: Use 1 cup (4 ounces) elbow macaroni, 1/2 cup macaroni and cheese mix, 2 Tbl butter, and 1/4 cup water. (Keep salt and water for boiling amounts the same.)
For four servings: Use 2 cups (8 ounces) elbow macaroni, 1 cup macaroni and cheese mix, 4 tablespoons butter, and ½ cup water. (Keep salt and water for boiling amounts the same.)
Mixture can be stored in airtight container for about 2 months.
