Chocolate Sorbet

Make sure a freezer bowl is ready!
Requires time to cool.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 - 1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
about 2 cups hot water
1/2 tsp vanilla

PREPARATION

1. Mix together the sugar and cocoa in a medium bowl.

2. Stir in some of the hot water to make a thick paste.

3. Add the rest of the water, stirring or whisking until smooth.

4. Add vanilla to sugar-cocoa mixture.

5. Cool in ice bath or fridge

6. Pour mixture into freezer bowl set in ice cream machine and mix for 20-25 min.
